Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Lead in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei), subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and update dashboards for management and client stakeholders.
  • Support logistics coordination, including equipment delivery, site readiness, and documentation.
  • Ensure project documentation (work orders, test reports, acceptance forms) is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Follow up on action items, issues, and risks to keep the project on schedule.
  • Assist in quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project standards.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and escalate critical issues to the Project Lead.
  • Maintain compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and project procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in telecom implementation projects, preferably with Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei equipment.
  • Strong understanding of wireless networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) and transmission systems.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) or project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
