Job Summary

The Project Architect is responsible for the overall architectural planning, design development, coordination, and implementation of projects from conceptualization to completion. The role ensures that all architectural works comply with design standards, specifications, building codes, and client requirements, while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Design & Development
  • Prepare and develop architectural plans, layouts, details, and specifications.
  • Review and interpret design briefs, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Ensure that designs are functional, sustainable, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel for effective project implementation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure design adherence.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documents for permits and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with national building codes, local ordinances, and company standards.
  • Maintain organized and updated project documentation and drawings.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss project requirements and updates.
  • Provide technical advice and propose design solutions based on client needs and site conditions.
  • Quality & Cost Control
  • Review material specifications and finishes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in value engineering and recommend design adjustments to optimize resources.
  • Team Support
  • Supervise junior architects, CAD operators, and draftsmen as required.
  • Provide design guidance, technical feedback, and mentorship to the project team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in design and project implementation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
