Duties and Responsibilities:

· Project Coordination:

o Assists the Construction Project Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities.

o Coordinates with office engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.

o Prepares Two (2) Weeks Look-Ahead Schedule in coordination with office engineers and the Construction Project Manager.

o Prepares materials, equipment and other resources requests in connection with the Two (2) Weeks Look-Ahead Schedule in coordination with office engineers.

· Technical Oversight:

o Reviews construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

o Monitors technical compliance with design and safety standards.

o Identifies and resolves field engineering issues or design discrepancies.

o Reviews, inspects and evaluates subcon's accomplishment as contained in subcon's billing in coordination with office engineers.

o Monitors potential Variation Orders of the project and prepares related supporting documents in coordination with office engineers.

· Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintains accurate records of construction progress, daily site activities, and variation orders.

o Prepares technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.

o Submits required reports on time ensuring they are accurate.

· Quality Assurance:

o Inspects work to ensure it adheres to quality standards, codes, and specifications.

o Works with the QA/QC team to conduct site inspections and testing procedures.

· Cost and Time Management:

o Supports cost control efforts by tracking project expenses and material usage.

o Assists in monitoring the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.

· Health and Safety:

o Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and construction site rules.

o Participates in safety audits and promotes a safe work environment.

· Communication:

o Facilitates clear communication among all project stakeholders.

o Participates in project meetings and coordinates project deliverables.

· Others:

o Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards

o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

o Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
