Key Responsibilities:

General UI/UX Design

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web applications, following brand guidelines and UX principles.
  • Conduct user research to gain insights and incorporate findings into the design process.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business goals.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handover and accurate implementation.

Innovative Design and Programming

  • Create unique designs using Adobe Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Develop innovative layouts utilizing SVG files, GIFs, and 3D animations.
  • Design mockups and logos based on client branding instructions.
  • Provide clean, maintainable, and developer-friendly design code to support implementation.

Documentation and Resources

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for design, testing, and implementation processes.
  • Provide templates, style guides, and code snippets to support the development team.
  • Maintain an online repository or platform for team access and contribution to the design system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or consulting.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and modern prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with user-centered solutions.

  • Experience with creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance innovation with usability.
