Pet Bowtique is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our pet grooming salon, hotel, and retail space. This is a key leadership role for someone who is highly organized, has a love for animals, and can confidently manage staff, schedules, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations across grooming, pet hotel, and retail services.
  2. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for grooming, boarding, and front-of-house shifts.
  3. Track and record daily sales data accurately using spreadsheets.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory for retail products and grooming supplies.
  5. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management, including sales, operations, and incident summaries.
  6. Support basic payroll preparation, including attendance tracking and computation of staff work hours.
  7. Lead, train, and supervise the team, ensuring excellent customer service and pet care standards are followed.
  8. Ensure cleanliness, safety protocols, and proper animal handling are maintained at all times.
  9. Handle client concerns or special instructions with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a pet grooming salon, pet hotel, or similar hospitality/retail environment.
  2. Basic Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and organizing data (sales, schedules, etc.).
  3. Experience in scheduling staff and services (grooming/hotel) and optimizing manpower.
  4. Familiar with retail inventory management and replenishment systems.
  5. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  6. Able to handle high-pressure situations with calm and care, especially with pets and pet owners.
  7. Must love animals and be comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes.
  8. Must be trustworthy, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

    9.Will report directly to the business owners.

Work Schedule:

6-day work week (including weekends and holidays on rotation)

Full-time position with potential for growth
