Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven LSM Supervisor to join our team in the Visayas region. The LSM Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives and strategies for our branches in Visayas. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record in driving sales and customer engagement through effective LSM campaigns.

Job Description:

-Develops (together with the Marketing Manager) and executes marketing plans and initiatives that will help stores achieve sales target, increase foot traffic, and market share
-Preparation of reports (key initiatives and results, relevant weekly store's updates, monthly action plans and calendar)
-Monitoring and reporting of external landscape (relevant market information, competition and identifying sales and branding opportunities)
-Coordinate with Operations regarding required marketing programs and activities
-Conduct store visits to assigned cluster to ensure compliance on the following: proper placement of marketing collaterals based on provided visual guidelines, proper and diligent implementation of all approved LSM activations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
  • With a year of related working experience
  • Focus on Marketing, creative, team player, results-driven, and tech-savvy
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork within Visayas area
