We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy Store Supervisor candidate for our client's retail operations in our of their stores in Cebu.

As a Store Supervisor, you are:

Responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of a business. This role requires to oversee and manage store employees, including assigning tasks, ensuring workflow, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • You should also monitor stock levels, place orders, manage inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked.
  • You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and resolving issues effectively.
  • You enforce company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • You boost sales by listing, pushing, and advertising products on the online Marketplace.
  • You supervise cashiers, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • At least with related working experience in retail, food, or any customer service-related industry
  • Team player and a trustworthy leader
  • Adaptable and will contribute to the success of the sales and operations of the business
