Can verify and maintain data accuracy across all stages of the research process

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

This is a fully remote position focusing on the U.S. market in the Eastern Time Zone.

More about the position:

Quality control: Review all deliverables for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy; cross-check data sets to ensure consistency and integrity before client delivery

Quantitative research: Assist in developing comprehensive written reports

Data collection: Program and test surveys to ensure accuracy, sample design, and survey distribution

Data processing and analysis: Analyze research results, code and analyze open-ended responses, work with pivot tables, SPSS, R, or other software

Data visualization: Create visuals for reporting and dashboards (PowerPoint, Canva, Looker Studio, etc.)

Qualitative Research: Assist in managing and analyzing focus groups or in-depth interviews, coordinate recruiting, assist in reporting

Participate in client meetings by taking notes, identifying key action steps, understanding client needs, and making presentations

Required qualifications:

-At least one year of market or opinion research experience

-A bachelor's degree or higher

-Proven English proofreading and editing ability

-Experience with data quality checks and error detection in research outputs

-Strong communication skills
