Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area/stores.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost foot traffic and customer conversions.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the automotive accessories market.

2. Retail Operations & Store Management:

  • Ensure all stores in the area adhere to company standards (merchandising, pricing, promotions).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, cleanliness, and compliance.

3. Team Leadership & Training:

  • Train, motivate, and guide store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Set performance goals for store teams and provide constructive feedback.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service standards.

4. Marketing & Promotions:

  • Execute in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on local advertising (social media, flyers, partnerships).
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and shopping experience.

5. Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure stores follow company policies, safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Track expenses and manage budgets for the assigned area.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in retail sales, automotive industry (preferred), or area coordination.

  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales software (e.g., POS systems, CRM).
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
