The IT Specialist will generally provide IT services (Hardware and Software) to head office employees and the stores. He will also be collaborating with 3rd party service providers such as Cyware Inc, ISP, hardware vendors, mall admin & IT, etc.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Technical Support

  • Provides technical support and IT services (hardware and software) to head office employees and the stores
  • Collaborate with different service providers (e.g., Cyware Inc, ISP, hardware vendors, mall admin & IT, etc.).
  • Perform technical documentations, operation manuals, process flow review, and inventory and deployment procedures.
  • Set-up and assist on POS installation for new stores openings

YOUR TALENT

  • Holds a degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.
  • Analytical, pro‐active and can handle multiple priorities.

YOUR STORY

  • Background in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in installing and troubleshooting computers for both hardware and software, network configuration, printers, and biometric devices.
  • Must have experience with POS Machines/Systems
  • Amenable to do on-site and/or weekend support.
