Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to job offer and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Handle volume hiring for entry to mid-level positions and specialized hiring for technical and niche roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to evaluate hiring efficiency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional.
  • Proven experience in volume hiring, technical recruitment, and niche hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, social media sourcing).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Can start ASAP on 1st week of January 2026
