Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in accounting by gaining hands-on experience in managing vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense reporting. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of accounts payable transactions while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Process and verify invoices, expense claims, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.

⦁ Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation.

⦁ Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.

⦁ Support the preparation of weekly and monthly accounts payable reports.

⦁ Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions into the accounting system.

⦁ Assist in preparing checks, bank transfers, and other payment methods.

⦁ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary accounts payable documentation.

⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to address inquiries related to payments.

⦁ Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

⦁ Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

⦁ Experience: Open to fresh graduates; internship or academic exposure to accounting functions is an advantage.

⦁ Basic understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts payable.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting systems/software is a plus.

⦁ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

⦁ Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

⦁ Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Greenfield, Mandaluyong City

Salary: 18,000 (Max.)

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
