Key Responsibilities

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the organization's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, and Hyland OnBase.
  • Understand system integrations and workflows to resolve employee needs, complete HR transactions, test new processes, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Execute and monitor HR processes in Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Create and manage HR documents related to employment, service dates, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and support regulatory audits or inspections (e.g., Joint Commission, surveyors).

Benefits & Retirement Administration

  • Act as the escalation point and subject matter expert for benefits and retirement processes.
  • Manage and process vendor files, including funding and error reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex employee inquiries requiring plan interpretation or exceptions.
  • Support annual and cyclical HR initiatives such as Annual Benefits Enrollment, open enrollment, and wellness programs.

Employee Support & Service Delivery

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners, including employees, managers, HR business partners, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with COEs to understand and support HR programs, policies, and offerings.
  • Ensure all service-related performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and data integrity.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR operations experience in a global shared services or similar environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing benefits administration (health & welfare, retirement, wellness programs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Professional certifications such as:
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources)
  • SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
  • SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional)
  • SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional)
  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, and Hyland OnBase.
  • Familiarity with HR service delivery models, COE partnerships, and SLA/KPI management.
