Overview

  • To mainly assigned to benefit administration, final pay process and operations for People Services
  • To be a part of Local People Services – Service Delivery team
  • To handle employee request via HR ServiceNow and other face-to-face client services
  • To handle COE/employer statement and other document request
  • To handle employee verification
  • To handle benefits process
  • To handle payment request validation
  • To handle documents required for International Mobility process
  • To handle LPS/tier 2-3 tickets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years experience with overall HR operation process – delivery side
  • With familiarity to HR systems and tools is an advantage (Workday/SNOW)
  • With knowledge on basic Microsoft skills (excel, word and powerpoint)
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • With good decision-making skills
  • Keen in improving the process with less manual intervention
  • Can communicate well with colleagues and employees

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php50, Php54,000.00 per month
