About the Role

Options Pilates Studio is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team in One Ayala, Makati. Whether you come from customer service, hospitality, fitness, or are simply eager to learn, we welcome you to apply.

This role is ideal for Makati-based candidates or nearby residents looking for a full-time position in a supportive, wellness-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reception area – receiving walk-in customers, assisting clients with checking in
  • Consult clients before the initial trial session
  • Recommend and explain pricing and packages (not sales, explaining)
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them, or take messages
  • Handle booking, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors
  • Collection of payments and outstanding fees
  • Liaising with instructors to monitor studio capacity and manage bookings
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager

  • Salary: PHP 18,000 starting salary; increase to PHP 20,000 after probation (4 months)
