About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming impression of our organisation. This is a full-time position that will involve greeting guests, managing phone and email inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Warmly greeting and assisting clients, guests, and staff in person and over the phone
  2. Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
  3. Managing the reception desk and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
  4. Sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
  5. Providing administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  6. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
  6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
  7. High school diploma or equivalent
