Options Pilates Studio is a pioneering international chain of Pilates and movement studios seeking a proactive leader and dedicated team player to assist the General Manager in overseeing operations, managing teams, and effectively addressing challenges.

Initial Training and Onboarding As an Assistant Manager, you will first immerse yourself in the studio's daily operations by:

• Mastering the Mindbody booking software to manage bookings and client accounts.
• Learning reception responsibilities such as customer service, scheduling, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Onboarding

• Master the Mindbody booking software for bookings, cancellations, and client accounts.
• Familiarize yourself with reception tasks, including customer service, email management, phone inquiries, and scheduling.
• Train and support new receptionists to ensure smooth handover and readiness.

Studio Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, liaise with external vendors, and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify and resolve challenges within the admin team, ensuring smooth client and instructor interactions.
• Address emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, process maps, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Instructor and HR Management

• Monitor instructors' educational progress, update contracts, and track KPIs such as retention, renewals, and conversions.
• Manage client handovers when instructors are on leave or resign.
• Oversee hiring for admin staff, including interviews, contracts, and performance issues. Support instructor hiring as needed.

Education and Client Management

• Organize courses and training while maintaining performance quality.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and booking issues with professionalism.

Administrative and Reception Support

• Provide reception coverage when needed, handling calls, emails, bookings, and cancellations.
• Take on additional administrative tasks as required.

Position Details

Compensation:

• PHP 40,000/month for 4 months (probation period)
• Post-probation: PHP 45,000/month (gross).
