About the role

Are you an experienced Janitor looking to join a growing institution? Pace Academy, a renowned educational institution in Quezon City Metro Manila, is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Janitor to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties across the school campus, including classrooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms
  • Ensure all facilities are kept in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition
  • Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Facilities Manager
  • Assist with set-up and clean-up for school events and activities
  • Assist students with their bags.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and protocols

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Janitor or in a similar cleaning/maintenance role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and products
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform physical tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
