Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment coordination, to job offer.
  2. Ensure accuracy in employment contracts and required documentation.
  3. Handle internal job applications, including interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback.
  4. Conduct background and reference checks for critical and managerial positions.
  5. Monitor new hire performance and retention, and facilitate engagement programs and regularization evaluations.
  6. Maintain good relationships with hiring managers and ensure regular alignment on hiring needs.
  7. Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing companies, and other sourcing channels for candidate referrals.
  8. Update and calibrate the organization structure and job descriptions as needed.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate processing of timekeeping data.
  10. Maintain a complete and accurate candidate database.
  11. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and interview processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Other facets of HR (e.g., employee relations, training, or compensation and benefits) are an advantage but not required
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
