HR Recruitment Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment coordination, to job offer.
- Ensure accuracy in employment contracts and required documentation.
- Handle internal job applications, including interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback.
- Conduct background and reference checks for critical and managerial positions.
- Monitor new hire performance and retention, and facilitate engagement programs and regularization evaluations.
- Maintain good relationships with hiring managers and ensure regular alignment on hiring needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing companies, and other sourcing channels for candidate referrals.
- Update and calibrate the organization structure and job descriptions as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of timekeeping data.
- Maintain a complete and accurate candidate database.
- And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and interview processes
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Other facets of HR (e.g., employee relations, training, or compensation and benefits) are an advantage but not required
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
