Enterprise Systems Specialist

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Enterprise Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors), or other enterprise applications.
  • Integration & Middleware: Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware tools.
  • Database & Reporting: BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-hosted enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Salesforce Cloud, Azure, AWS).
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Strong ability to resolve system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors.

Professional Experience

  • 4 years + of experience in enterprise system administration, configuration, and support.
  • Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and migration projects.
  • Exposure to finance, supply chain, HR, or customer service processes depending on supported modules.
  • Background in business process analysis and improvement using enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Systems Support & Administration

  • Maintain, configure, and optimize enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Jira, HRIS).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
  • Support integrations across multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support for business teams.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects involving enterprise system enhancements, rollouts, or process improvements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Recommend solutions that align with organizational strategy and enhance operational efficiency.
