Process and Solution Architect (Manager – Senior Manager)

Process and Solution Architect
, you will lead the design, optimization, and governance of
end-to-end business processes and IT solutions
, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, scalability, and operational excellence.

This leadership role partners closely with business and IT leaders to define how technology and process come together to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and optimization
    of business processes and solution architectures across key enterprise domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance).
  • Develop and enforce architectural frameworks
    (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) that guide project implementation and governance.
  • Define standards and best practices
    for process design, system integration, and solution scalability.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams
    to ensure technology initiatives align with strategic business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
    (Cloud, Integration Platforms, ERP, Analytics) and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution design
    — from concept to implementation — ensuring interoperability, data integrity, and security.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship
    to solution and process analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Engage with stakeholders
    to translate business requirements into sustainable, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems
    , or related field;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years
    of experience in
    solution or process architecture
    , with at least
    3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in
    BPMN
    ,
    enterprise architecture frameworks
    (TOGAF, Zachman),
    UML
    , and
    SOA/Web Services
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
    ,
    integration technologies
    , and
    ERP systems
    (SAP preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in
    process re-engineering, solution design
    , and
    enterprise transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to be based
    on-site in Ortigas or Novaliches
    , and available for deployment to project sites as needed.
