Systems Analyst & Support Specialist – HR Tech & Recruitment Technology (Manila Based, Remote)

About the Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for a
Systems Analyst & Support Specialist
to maintain and enhance our AI-driven recruitment platforms. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support ATS/HRIS integrations, and drive automation across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and eager to shape the future of recruitment technology.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Troubleshooting:
    Resolve system issues and monitor performance.
  • System Administration:
    Manage user permissions and oversee maintenance.
  • Documentation:
    Create guides and maintain system documentation.
  • User Support:
    Provide training and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Implementation Support:
    Assist in new client onboarding and platform setups.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience:
    2–4 years in technical support, business analysis, system administration, or platform analyst roles—preferably within SaaS/PaaS or HR Technology.
  • Technical Fluency:
    Strong skills in troubleshooting integrations (APIs, webhooks), addressing data discrepancies, and understanding AI model behaviour. Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Automation & Low-Code Skills:
    Experience building workflows or solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, or similar low-code platforms.
  • Analytical Strength:
    Strong diagnostic abilities for resolving complex issues and managing performance optimisation.
  • Proactive Mindset:
    Ability to anticipate, detect, and resolve issues before they impact operations.
  • Collaboration:
    Experience partnering with engineering, product, operations, and vendor support teams.
  • Preferred:
    Exposure to AI-powered platforms, agent-based tools, or recruitment automation technologies.
