Qualifications:.

- Willing to relocate in Paranaque after a year.
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments
- Manage company documents, records, permits, and compliance requirements
- Supervise the admin staff including HR, clerical, and support team
- Prepare regular reports and present updates to top management
- Supervise the preparation, accuracy, and retention of administrative, legal, and financial records to maintain transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Organize an efficient Accounting Department especially for the Accounting of all Procedures which concern the Stores ("Store Accounting")
- Administrate all HR and Payroll matters of the Region, legally and financially.
- Provide the necessary Information to the Company's Tax and Accounting Advisors and Auditors
- Help ensure the company complies with all statutory requirements—such as labor laws, data privacy, occupational safety, and other government regulations—by coordinating documentation, audits, and internal reviews.
- Assist HR functions by facilitating structured onboarding processes and administering employee benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Responsible for compliance to government mandated reports and ensuring that company administration is compliant to government regulations and also in accordance with the company's ESG in coordination with the HR and other departments.
- Validate unusual Inventory results of Stores and Warehouse, ensures reliable data
- Administrate the Regional IT Requirements and Infrastructure in coordination with the Head Office IT
- Procurement of regional car insurances.
- Keep the Keys of all Stores and Vaults in the Region
- Provide support to HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative coordination.
- Decide on reporting Staff Salaries in Accordance with the Salary Policies of the Company
- Participation in the Administration Managers Meeting, Regional Meeting and Round Table
- Determine and hire admin people as necessary.
