Local SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist – Legal Marketing

About the Role

We're expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a creative Local SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to help us dominate local search and community awareness.

Our goal is to grow multiple legal brands through Google Business listings, maps visibility, local directories, and Facebook community marketing.

You'll work directly with the Brand Director and SEO & Automation Director to build visibility, engagement, and referrals using smart, low-cost growth strategies and automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, local citations, and map listings.
  • Set up and maintain profiles across major directories (Yelp, Avvo, Justia, BBB, etc.).
  • Run local SEO audits and improve rankings for city and niche keywords.
  • Post updates, photos, and offers through Google Business and social platforms.
  • Create and grow Facebook Groups, Pages, and community campaigns to drive brand awareness and leads.
  • Experiment with local growth hacks using automation (DMs, chatbots, or posting tools).
  • Track performance using analytics dashboards and local SEO tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of local SEO or digital marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Business, local ranking factors, and citation management.
  • Experience with Facebook Groups, organic growth, and content engagement.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling platforms).
  • Organized, creative, and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing for legal, medical, or service-based businesses.
  • Understanding of reputation management and local review strategy.
  • Ability to create local campaigns tied to SEO content or landing pages.

About the Company

We're developing a network of automated legal brands that combine SEO, AI, and creative growth marketing.

You'll join a small, focused team working directly with the Brand Director to build local presence and grow inbound leads through community and search visibility.
