About the Role:

We're looking for a high-impact SEO Growth Lead who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a senior role for someone ready to take full ownership of SEO performance and make a tangible impact on business growth across both local and global markets.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Owning the SEO roadmap - Design and deliver SEO strategies that directly support business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Driving technical SEO excellence - Optimize site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawling/indexing, and structured data to ensure technical health and scalability.
  • Leading on-page and off-page SEO - Oversee keyword strategy, content planning, authority-building, and backlink acquisition.
  • Managing dual SEO strategies - Handle both local SEO (for venue-based locations) and global SaaS SEO (for our tech platform).
  • Turning data into decisions - Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI, using insights to iterate and improve performance.
  • Championing SEO internally - Embed SEO best practices across marketing, content, product, and development teams to drive cross-functional success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally across both B2C and B2B landscapes.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO growth (organic traffic, lead generation, revenue).
  • Deep knowledge of search algorithms, ranking factors, and emerging SEO trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs (or equivalent).
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen - able to connect SEO with broader marketing and company goals.
  • Excellent communicator - able to translate complex SEO insights into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - 5 days per week (split across two ambitious brands)

Salary: Php 90,000/month
