We are hiring an experienced and ambitious SEO and Paid Ads Specialist who is eager to grow their career within our company. This position is designed for advanced professionals who can lead both paid advertising campaigns and SEO initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
- Develop and execute ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Manage ad budgets, copywriting, visuals, and A/B testing for improved performance.
- Build and oversee conversion funnels including landing pages, lead forms, and retargeting sequences.
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) automation workflows for lead capture, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Generate performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
SEO Management
- Conduct keyword research to target valuable keywords.
- Optimize website content, including blogs and relevant pages.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, internal linking, backlinking).
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Address technical SEO concerns and ensure site health.
- Stay updated with evolving SEO trends and Google algorithms.
- Track and report key SEO metrics such as organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Create optimized content including articles, blogs, meta descriptions, and headlines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall SEO and brand strategy.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and improvement plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and paid ads management.
- Expertise in SEO writing, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Strong understanding of NAP consistency, schema markup, and other Local SEO factors.
- Experienced in GoHighLevel automation and CRM functions.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
