As a Google Business Profile Expert, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving the visibility of local businesses on Google Maps and Google Search. Your work will directly impact how often our clients appear in the local map pack, how many calls they receive, and how effectively they compete in their service areas.

You will fulfill our monthly Google Business Profile management service by completing optimization tasks, posting updates, managing citations, and applying local SEO best practices. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of how Google ranks local businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles on a monthly basis
  • Update business information, categories, services, photos, posts, and service areas
  • Improve rankings using proven GBP SEO strategies
  • Build and clean up citations across online directories
  • Support review-generation and monitor reputation signals
  • Troubleshoot issues such as verifications, duplicates, and suspensions
  • Track performance through GBP Insights and related tools
  • Follow internal processes and complete recurring tasks on schedule
  • Communicate recommendations and identify ranking opportunities
  • Maintain organized notes and account updates

You do not need to know everything, but you must understand GBP well and be dependable.
