SEO & Automation Director – Legal Marketing Website

About the Role

We're building a high performance digital engine for a national legal brand that connects law, automation, and creativity. Our goal: create and optimize 30,000+ SEO pages across multiple legal domains (personal injury, property damage, etc.) using advanced automation and human-level review.

You'll be the SEO architect designing the system, managing execution, and leading a small, elite team that performs like a large agency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead large-scale SEO automation systems.
  • Build keyword clusters, interlinking structures, and schema frameworks.
  • Create AI-assisted workflows for content production and optimization.
  • Manage SEO content writers and technical specialists.
  • Monitor indexing, crawl health, ranking velocity, and performance analytics.
  • Ensure all published content meets Google's quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with the Brand Director and design team to align messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience, with 1+ years in automation or AI-driven content.
  • Proven success scaling large content ecosystems (10,000+ pages).
  • Mastery of:
  • Search Console, Screaming Frog, RankMath / SurferSEO / Frase
  • Zapier, Python scripts, or Google Sheets API automations
  • On-page and off-page SEO strategy
  • Ability to lead a small cross-functional team (content + tech).
  • Excellent understanding of content quality, schema, and site architecture.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal, medical, or compliance-heavy SEO.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia).
  • Understanding of local SEO and multi-domain scaling.

About the Company

We're building a network of next-generation legal brands each with its own domain, automation engine, and social media presence.

You'll work directly with the Brand Director to create the infrastructure that powers our expansion.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
