We're looking for a creative and organized Social Content Coordinator to help us manage and grow our online presence. This person will play a key role in supporting our content efforts by keeping track of customer-generated content, engaging with our community, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and organize user-generated content, including photos, videos, and posts where customers tag us in their projects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to select, repurpose, and schedule content for social media and other marketing channels.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions through Sprout Social, ensuring timely and authentic engagement.
  • Maintain a content tracker to catalog customer-created assets and track engagement trends.
  • Support campaign execution and community management efforts across all major platforms.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the community to inform future content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content coordination, or community management.
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong eye for visuals and brand consistency.
  • Interest in community engagement and content storytelling.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing or curating user-generated content (UGC).
  • Background in ecommerce, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • Ability to identify content opportunities from customer interactions and trends.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PST (11PM-8AM Manila/PH)
