Job Overview

We're hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy across TikTok and Instagram. You'll own everything from planning to creation to posting. The role blends storytelling, visual creativity, DTC marketing, and influencer management. You should know what makes people stop scrolling and what makes them buy.

Responsibilities

  • Create short form content for TikTok and Instagram that feels native and drives organic sales
  • Write strong hooks, captions, scripts, and storytelling based content
  • Design simple graphics and visuals for posts, ads, and educational content
  • Manage UGC creators and influencers from sourcing to outreach to coordination
  • Develop weekly content strategies, post consistently, and track performance
  • Build a KPI report and optimize content based on data, not guesswork
  • Engage with the audience and help build a community around the brand

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing for a DTC brand
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Graphic design familiarity for simple content and ad visuals
  • Experience managing UGC creators and influencer outreach
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and pacing
  • Comfortable analyzing metrics and making decisions from data

You must be able to demonstrate past success creating viral short form content and growing TikTok or Instagram pages.

Preferred Skills

  • Shopify experience
  • CapCut or other short form video editing tools
  • Familiarity with DTC marketing frameworks

Success in this Role

Your main goal is to grow our TikTok and Instagram to 5000 followers in the first 90 days while creating content that actually drives sales and builds trust.
