AI Video Content Creator (Short-Form, Trending, Viral Growth) — Remote

About the role

Create daily short form videos that ride trends and drive real views across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using AI tools. You know hooks, pacing, and story arcs.

What you'll do

  • Research trends and write hooks, scripts, and CTAs.
  • Produce 15–60s videos end-to-end: storyboard → generate assets → edit → captions.
  • Use AI tools to speed ideation, editing, voice, and visuals.
  • A/B test openings, captions, thumbnails, and posting times.
  • Track metrics: retention, view-through rate, scroll-stop, shares, saves.
  • Ship a consistent content calendar.

Must-have

  • 1+ year making short-form videos with AI.
  • Portfolio with at least 3 videos over 50k to 100k views
  • Fluency in storytelling: hook → tension → payoff → CTA.
  • Strong editing speed and deadline reliability.
  • Platform fluency: TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts analytics.
  • Basic rights know-how: music use, UGC, fair-use basics.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in brand or direct-response marketing.
  • Motion graphics, meme formats, or 3D.
  • Niche chops in legal, medical, or professional services.

Tools you use confidently

Runway, Pika, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, , Midjourney/Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, Audition, Notion, TikTok Creative Center.

Success metrics

  • 5–7 posts/week.
  • 50%+ average watch time on core posts.
