Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our growing eco-friendly e-commerce brand. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital trends, loves creating engaging content, and wants to be part of a mission-driven business that promotes sustainable living.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. You'll create compelling photo, video, and written content that reflects our brand values, attracts new customers, and builds a loyal community who care about sustainability and reducing environmental impact.

You will plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborate on marketing ideas, analyse performance metrics to improve engagement, and ensure our brand maintains a consistent voice. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys storytelling, has an eye for aesthetics, and can turn concepts into attention-grabbing digital content that drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Create high-quality videos, photos, and written content for all platforms
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and brand interactions
  • Monitor analytics and track performance to continually improve content results
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing plans and campaign ideas
  • Stay informed on current trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Skilled in short-form video creation (e.g., TikTok, Reels) and basic editing
  • Ability to communicate a message clearly and creatively
  • Passion for sustainability, lifestyle branding, and eco-conscious products
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
