Overview

The Designer Content Creator is responsible for managing creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and client goals. This role combines design execution, project coordination, and communication to deliver visually compelling and high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Client Communication

  • Set up and plan design projects, including briefs, proposals, and timelines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for design-related updates and feedback.
  • Manage project calendars and design queues using tools such as Loomly, Go High Level, or
  • Maintain organized folders for assets, feedback, and completed designs.

Design Creation & Execution

  • Conduct visual research and create mood boards for client approval.
  • Develop and execute design concepts for social media graphics, marketing materials, infographics, and brand packages.
  • Design and refine brand identity elements including logos, color palettes, and typography.
  • Prepare design files optimized for print, web, and social media use.
  • Ensure all outputs meet accessibility and brand standards.

Operations & Tools Management

  • Maintain up-to-date design tools and software licenses (e.g., Adobe, Canva Pro).
  • Manage and organize design templates for efficient workflows.
  • Support funnel design and visual layout within Go High Level.
  • Continuously enhance design skills through workshops or online learning.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Proven experience using Canva and Go High Level for design and content workflows.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, branding, and layout.
  • Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., , Loomly, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated with a strong eye for aesthetics.
