
Retail Channel Manager

What You'll Do:
1. Channel Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for offline sales channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for channel expansion and improvements.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to optimize strategies.
2. Offline Channel Management:
- Manage relationships with retail channels (e.g, Watsons, Konvy, etc)
- Collaborate with offline retail partners and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Develop and execute trade marketing activities to boost in-store sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
3. Cross-Channel Coordination:
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across both channels.
- Develop strategies to integrate Ecommerce and offline channels, such as click-and-collect services or omnichannel promotions.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and preferences across channels.
4. Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and platform representatives.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel-related inquiries and issues.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel, such as sales growth, customer retention, and channel profitability.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine channel strategies and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or managing sales channels, with a focus on both E-commerce and offline channels.
- Strong knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and trade marketing.
- Excellent pattern-recognition, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software, including CRM platforms, Ecommerce tools, and analytics software
