Role Overview:

Responsible for executing, administering, organizing, and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target

● Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX

● Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability

● Monitor merchandise movement.

● Ensure availability of items at all times such as, "Basic never out items"

● Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve

performance and increase productivity.

● Ensures that the established measures to reduce operational problems are put in effect.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree holder of any business course

● At least 4 years management experience in retail or related industries
