, a U.S.-based leader in cybersecurity and tech support, is seeking a
high-impact, results-driven Sales Trainer
to lead our Inside Sales BPO operations in Metro Manila.
This is a
leadership role
, not a traditional training position. The ideal candidate is a
sales powerhouse
who can build confident, high-performing sales agents, uphold a culture of excellence and integrity, and directly influence the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive sales, product, and tool training for new hires and tenured agents as needed.
- Create, enhance, and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods to meet evolving business goals.
- Ensure all trainees demonstrate strong sales performance, care, and retention skills before transitioning to production.
- Take full accountability for training quality, agent learning outcomes, and post-training success.
- Provide on-floor support to reinforce learning, improve conversion rates, and strengthen sales culture.
- Ensure the site consistently meets
aggressive sales and metric goals
through effective training and follow-through.
- Professionally report and escalate issues
to internal RealDefense teams or BPO leadership, ensuring prompt alignment and resolution.
- Act as a communication bridge
between RealDefense and the BPO, maintaining clear, professional collaboration at all times.
- Prepare and professionally present weekly training updates, reports, and performance summaries
to executive and leadership teams.
- Attend internal and client meetings as required, providing updates on agent readiness, training outcomes, and performance trends.
- Address performance and behavioral issues decisively, constructively, and in alignment with company standards.
- Work independently and with accountability — this is a
consultant-based, performance-measured role
with clear scorecard metrics tied to sales impact and training results.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years
of proven experience as a
Sales Trainer or Training Lead
in a
BPO or Inside Sales
environment.
- Demonstrated success in producing top-performing sales agents within competitive, metrics-driven programs.
- Strong understanding of customer care, retention, and ethical sales conversion.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and
executive presentation
skills.
- Analytical, data-driven, and highly organized, with strong follow-through.
- Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and thrives without the need for micromanagement.
