Event Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Event Sales Specialist to convert warm leads into ticket buyers for our events. This role focuses on presenting event value, guiding prospects through their buying decisions, negotiating packages, and closing sales.

You will work closely with the Inside Sales team who will generate and qualify leads for you. Your primary goal is to drive ticket conversions, manage follow-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Present event benefits, agenda, speakers, and ticket/package options.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed attendees.
  • Manage the full sales process—from engagement to ticket confirmation.
  • Send proposals, quotations, or invoices when required.
  • Update CRM records with accurate sales activities and interactions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly ticket sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams regarding promos and updates.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, event sales, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high-volume follow-ups.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads.
  • Goal-driven and energetic with a positive sales attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
