Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns or projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and consistent follow-through.
- Proficiency in using marketing and design tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to create and manage engaging content.
- Experience in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns targeting corporate and business clients.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email, display, etc.).
- Manage company website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics to improve traffic and conversions.
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage social media communities and build brand awareness through creative campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
Job Type: Full-time
