Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns or projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and consistent follow-through.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and design tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to create and manage engaging content.
  • Experience in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns targeting corporate and business clients.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email, display, etc.).
  • Manage company website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics to improve traffic and conversions.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage social media communities and build brand awareness through creative campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
