Job Description:
Sales Document Controller
Salary package: 15,000 (6 months probationary period)
Salary and allowance await upon regularization
Job Responsibilities:
Major task but not limited to:
Sorting, analyzing and filing of sales documents such as quotations, contracts, delivery receipts and sales invoices
Preparing delivery receipts, invoices and supplier's accreditation requirements
Answering of sales inquiries thru emails and phone
Filing and creating customers' files
Helping colleagues in their requests for various sales documents
Coordinating with branches in Gen San, Cebu and Service and Sales Department in Ortigas
Qualifications:
Candidate must be:
Graduate of 4-year business related courses
Willing to be trained and ready to learn various facets of the company
Determined in learning and committed in career chosen
Can take orders from trainers/superior
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Can communicate in English
Highly organized and motivated
