Job Title:

Inside Sales Representative – Mid-Market & Small Enterprise (US Region) Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager, Global Inside Sales Work Location: Metro-Manila Office (Hybrid – 3–4 days WFH, minimum 1 day onsite) Schedule: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Philippines Time)

Position Summary:

  • The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market and small enterprise segments in the United States.
  • This role focuses on selling Datamatics' portfolio of BPO, PS, Agentic AI solutions, and Back-Office Billing Automation, including the full Datamatics "TruSuite" of products. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication and closing skills, capable of managing the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across the US mid-market and small enterprise sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads and set meetings.
  • Deliver online product demos and sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage pipeline through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and proposal teams to structure and price deals effectively.
  • Close new logo deals in line with monthly quota and revenue targets.
  • Maintain consistent activity metrics and communicate weekly performance updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or business development, ideally in IT services, BPO, or SaaS.
  • Proven record of closing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with a night shift schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.) Compensation & Incentives
  • Base Salary: 125,000 PHP per month
  • Commission: 20,000 PHP per new logo sold (minimum deal value of USD $60,000 ARR with 40% PM)
  • Quota: One (1) closed deal per month
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT (aligned to US business hours)

Work Model:

  • Hybrid / (at least once per month in office for training and team building but every other week to start)
  • Additional Information This is a full-time position with performance-based incentives, offering the opportunity to represent Datamatics' expanding global portfolio of digital transformation and automation solutions to US clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php125,000.00 per month
