JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Identifying Sales Goals
- maintaining and increasing sales target & goals every year
- Identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets & implementing promotional plans
2. Creating Sales Plan
- Lead sales activities in specific geographical areas, driving revenue growth & building strong customer relationship
3. Sales Performance Analysis & Improvement
- creating area sales reports and presenting them to higher management
- overseeing the sales operation in a particular geographical area
- provide insights and analysis of consumer market trends, competition, landscape and drivers affecting business dynamics
- overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual targets
4. Provide Training Opportunities
- Guiding, training & providing developmental opportunities for staff members
- perform field training with sales representative
5. Identifying & acquiring New Customer
- Identifying new sourcing opportunities in the market
6. Manage Sales Team
- developing. training, hiring and firing sales representative
7. Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Includes communication, negotiation, customer service, relationship building, problem solving and time management
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage day to day operations within the sales organization
2. Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines
3. Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
4. Manage employees schedules to include setting hours and time sheets
5. Track employee activity to include successful completion of designated tasks
6. Create and deliver reports to senior level management and maintain effective meeting notes
7. Identify organizational or employee related issues and create effective solutions
8. Learn with senior level officers by coordinating and reporting on going issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year degree course
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience handling a territory in a medical device sales industry
- With Supervisory experience
- Must be team orientated, analytical, highly organized
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Committed to hard/smart working and continual learning
- Ability to manage an area budget and function in a fast-paced emerging company environment
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS applications such as Word, Excel, power point
- Must know how to drive a car and must have a valid driver's license
