This position responsible for achieving sales and volume growth targets within an assigned geographic area by ensuring strong in-store execution, effective operational processes, and excellent customer service. The role works closely with distributors and retail partners to grow the business across various trade Sales channels. It also supports the implementation of regional strategies, drives sales fundamentals, and monitors area-level performance to contribute to the region's overall success. The Area Sales Manager plays a key role in distributor engagement and development, ensuring execution standards are met, and opportunities are acted upon promptly.

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related course. An advanced/ specialized training in business/marketing management is an advantage
  • With at least 7 years' work experience in a senior management position in Sales, with exposure in both General Trade and Key Accounts, for a fast-moving Consumer Goods Company
  • Demonstrates advanced skills in Distributor Management, Channel Marketing, Conceptual Selling, Sales & Channel Strategy, Negotiation, Execution, Financial Management, and Sales Leadership
  • Strong distributor management and sales execution background
  • Working knowledge of trade marketing, customer engagement, and route-to-market practices
  • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant sales or reporting tools
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas or deployed in Site
