What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and support to help them reach their full potential
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and managing account portfolios
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the account and relationship management industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Thorough understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
