What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and support to help them reach their full potential
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and managing account portfolios
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the account and relationship management industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
