About the Role

As Deal Desk Quality Manager, you'll own quality frameworks and compliance processes, guide teams to achieve metrics, and partner across functions to streamline order-to-cash and deal desk operations. You'll bring sharp analytical skills, an eye for compliance, and the ability to tell a story with data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality Management for order management and deal desk operations.
  • Design and implement QA and compliance frameworks, including scoring guides.
  • Coach and inspire teams to consistently meet KPIs and quality standards.
  • Analyze metrics, create actionable insights, and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Review contracts and support complex deal structuring.
  • Ensure alignment with policies while collaborating across functions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2+ years in a Quality Management role
    .
  • 3+ years in a managerial capacity
    .
  • 12+ months experience in Order Management, Operations, or Order-to-Cash
    .
  • Strong background in QA, compliance frameworks, and scoring methodologies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Experience with
    Dynamics CRM
    and
    Salesforce CRM
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and
    Google Suite
    .
  • English proficiency:
    C1 level or higher
    .

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with complex deal structuring.
  • Contract review exposure.
  • Previous work in global operations environments.
