Job Title: Outbound Call Specialist – Lead Generation

Location: Remote / Work-from-Home

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to Interior Designers and Architects in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with the primary objective of generating qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured outbound calls to prospective clients within the Interior Design and Architecture sectors.
  • Present and promote the company's products and services in a professional manner.
  • Identify, qualify, and document potential leads in line with established criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned lead generation and call activity targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with professionals in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
