Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts in the IT and Software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing targeted outreach strategies, and contributing to the growth of our global client base. This role requires a strong understanding of outbound lead generation tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, web research, and other outbound techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by assessing their IT software requirements.

Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.

  • Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and meetings for the business development team.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, target client segments, and monitor competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation within the IT & Software industry.
  • Solid understanding of outbound lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to perform other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned.
