GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The QA/QC Officer ensures that the finished project meets all the requirements specified in the contract documents and to avoid potential problems that could result in delays.

· Responsible for QA/QC documents including certificates, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

· Responsible for the implementation of the QAQC Plan.

· Responsible for the implementation and supervision of the Quality Procedures and QAQC Bulletin applicable for the project.

· Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.

· Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

· Coordinate with the Site In-charge for inspection.

· Submit report to the Project Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

· Execute all daily inspections and tests to achieve the quality of installation required in the designs and specs for all works.

· The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.

· Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.

· Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

· Perform other administrative duties and other related activities as assigned by the President and/or Managing Directors and other Management Officers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

· Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

· Willing to report on site on a daily basis.

· Must be work-oriented, dedicated to work and flexible

· Must be organized in filing of documents

· Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations.

· Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
