About the role

As a QA/QC at Stile Italia Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for implementing robust quality assurance and quality control measures to meet the highest industry standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance plans and procedures
  2. Conducting on-site inspections and testing to verify compliance with specifications and regulations
  3. Identifying and resolving quality issues through effective problem-solving and corrective action
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control processes
  5. Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless quality management
  6. Providing training and guidance to construction teams on quality best practices
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry
  3. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and standards
