What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plans and procedures
  • Conducting regular site inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address any quality-related issues
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Providing training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC best practices
  • Continuously reviewing and improving QA/QC processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry (plumbing works)
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
