About the role

Stile Italia Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC professional to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila on a full-time basis. As our QA/QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Implementing and overseeing quality control processes and procedures throughout all stages of construction projects
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any non-conformities or defects
  3. Developing and maintaining quality control documentation, including reports, checklists, and test results
  4. Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed standards
  5. Providing training and guidance to construction teams on quality assurance best practices
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance and control

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the construction industry
  2. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes
  3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and standards
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality assurance or construction management would be an advantage
